A Southern California native, Courtney graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California. She earned her stripes as a producer of television commercials and as a Hollywood studio executive. After completing her third renovation, her real estate agent urged her to consider a new career and she effortlessly transitioned into the field. She was invited to join the prestigious firm of Nourmand & Associates, and quickly became one of their most productive and well-respected agents. She now serves as the Training Director for the Hollywood office.
