Joan Gardner is a Real Estate Broker associated with Nourmand and Associates in the Brentwood Office. Joan was raised north of Wilshire in Westwood and knows the Westside very well, however she will list and sell in any area that she is familiar with. Prior to being in Real Estate sales, Joan managed a 26 story, high rise Tishman building in Westwood. She interfaced with major tenants and also dealt with the retail tenants on the ground floor. She is highly experienced in managing apartment buildings from few to many hundred units. Prior to her career in Real Estate sales, Joan was the proprietor of a well known gift/antique silverplating, consignment and interior decorating business in Beverly Hills. She started from scratch and earned the reputation to attract major clients of 5 Star Hotels, Restaurants, Churches and Synagogues, and they were her clients for years, until she closed the business. Many famous people would shop at her store and she had repeat business, because of her low key selling technique. She just wanted her clients to be happy with their purchase.
