Born in Brooklyn NY and raised on Long Island, I am a graduate of Chaminade High School ( Mineola, LI) and the University of Dayton (Dayton, Ohio). I also studied at Calvin College (Grand Rapids, MI). I am an experienced manager having worked as an administrator in manufacturing, wholesale distribution and a medical clinic in Beverly Hills CA. I also managed a charity in downtown Los Angeles called "Adopt a Family" coordinating the distribution of clothing, food and household articles from corporations to families with children living in Skid Row hotels. Serving as President and Treasurer of Let There Be Hope Medical Research Institute I also worked with scientists investigating the liposomal delivery of antiviral drugs to infected human cells. I am an organized guy who is a good communicator and I "play well with others" , having good people skills. That is what I bring to sellers and buyers desiring a pleasant, thorough and 'no nonsense' residential real estate transaction. I am well acquainted with communities from Silver Lake to Santa Monica.
